As the points in question were not taken when

the draft Bill was submitted, and as the Ordinance and Regulations have been submitted to the Nursing Authorities in England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Irish Free State (see the end of paragraph 2 of the A.G's report of 7/2/31 enclosed in No.1), in all the circumstances perhaps we had better not take any further action in the matter.
